Umrah from the USA

You will see US Umrah offers "from" a few hundred dollars per person. When we looked at the US agencies that rank for these searches on 19/10/2026, some of the lowest "from" prices turned out to be land-only prices with four people sharing one room, shown in a way that reads like a full trip with flights. So before you compare, check three things: whether flights are in the price, how many people share the room, and whether it is per person or per room.

Every quote we send states:

• per person or per room
• room sharing: double, triple or quad
• nights in Makkah and nights in Madinah, with the hotel names
• what is included and what is not (flights are never included)
• the date we checked the price

An affordable Umrah package from the USA

If cost matters most, choose a hotel a longer walk from the Haram, share a room, and travel outside Ramadan and the December break. We will show you what each choice saves. Quad sharing suits four adults who know each other well; with two parents and two teenagers it often works, with grandparents it rarely does. A land package covers everything after you land in Jeddah or Madinah. You book the flights with any airline or agent. We arrange:

• hotels in Makkah and Madinah, close to the Haram if you want
• a private car or van from the airport, between the two cities and back
• Ziyarat in Makkah and Madinah, if you want it
• help with the visa paperwork and the Nusuk permits
• our own team in Makkah and Madinah, on WhatsApp from landing until you fly home

We are an Umrah company based in Islamabad, Pakistan, with no office in the USA. Any protection for your flights is between you and the airline or agent you book them with. The trade-off is real: if your flight is cancelled, the airline rebooks you and we move the ground plan, so you deal with two companies. New York and the Washington DC area have nonstop flights to Jeddah on some days. Most other US cities connect once, in Europe, the Gulf or Istanbul. Check the current timetable with the airline before you book.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah lists these dates for the 1448 season (checked 19/10/2026): last Umrah visa issued 09/03/2027, last entry into Saudi Arabia 23/03/2027, last departure 07/04/2027.

• Thanksgiving is 26/11/2026. The break is short, so a 7-night land package suits it. Ask early.
• The December break is busy at the hotels near the Haram. See December Umrah 2026.
• Ramadan 1448 is expected to begin about 08/02/2027, depending on the moon sighting. See Ramadan Umrah 2027.
• Spring break varies by school district, from March into April, so check your district's calendar. A spring break that starts after 23/03/2027 will not work on an Umrah visa.

If your family travels on tourist eVisas, the Umrah rules for them after late March 2027 are announced separately, so check them before you book. If your spring break is in April, we can't yet say whether Umrah permits will be open, and we'd rather tell you that now than after you book flights. We don't issue visas and can't promise one. The Saudi authorities decide. We make the hotel and transport bookings the application needs and help you through it.

US citizens and residents may be able to use the Saudi tourist eVisa, which allows Umrah outside the Hajj period. Check the current list on visa.visitsaudi.com, including the rules for green card holders. The Saudi authorities decide. Your passport needs at least six months left on it when you enter Saudi Arabia. In families where one parent has a US passport and the other a Pakistani passport with a green card, the routes can differ. Tell us which passport each person holds.
