Luxury or 5-star: the difference
A 5-star package is mainly about the hotel class. A luxury package makes the whole trip private: your own car for every journey, your own plan, and the extras below arranged in advance.
What you can ask for
- A private car or van with a driver for every journey, including the airport
- Hotels next to the Haram in Makkah and Madinah, in the room you want: Haram view, a suite, or connecting rooms for the family
- Your own dates and order: Madinah or Makkah first, and as many nights in each as you like
- Private Ziyarat in Makkah and Madinah, at the time of day that suits you
- Breakfast, half board or full board at the hotel
- Help with a Rawdah visit: we show you how to book it on Nusuk. The authorities set the slots, so nobody can promise one
- Flights in the class you prefer, if you want us to book them

What nobody can promise
Some things are out of anyone's hands: the visa decision, Rawdah slots, a particular room number and the crowds. We book early, plan around the busy times and tell you straight away if something changes.

We don't issue visas and can't guarantee one: Saudi Arabia decides. We help you with the application and the bookings it needs.
What changes the price
There is no price on this page because the price depends on these choices. Your written quote shows the price for your dates, with the hotel names and the room plan, so you can compare it with other quotes.

| Nights in each city | More nights cost more, and hotel prices in Makkah and Madinah are not the same. |
| Flights | Fares depend on the airline, the route and how early you book. Many families book their own. |

Tell us about your trip
Send the form or a WhatsApp message with your month, who is travelling and the hotels you would like.
Get a written quote
We send the hotel names, the nights in each city, the room plan, and what is and is not included.
Confirm and pay
When you are happy, you confirm and pay a deposit by bank transfer. Our bank details are on the booking documents we send you. The balance is due before you travel.
We look after you there
Our team is in Makkah and Madinah while you are. If a room or a transfer is not right, message us and we deal with it.
Questions and answers
What is the difference between a VIP and a luxury Umrah package?
Companies use the words in different ways. For us, both mean a private trip: your own car, the hotels and rooms you pick, and a plan made for your family. Ask each company what its quote includes, item by item.
How much more does a private Umrah cost?
It costs more than a shared package, mostly because of the hotel, the room and the private car. How much more depends on your dates. We can quote both ways so you can compare.
Can we bring a carer for an elderly parent?
Yes. Add them on the form as an adult. They need their own visa and a bed in the room plan.
Can you book a Rawdah visit for us?
Rawdah visits are booked on the Nusuk app. We show you how and help you try for a slot. The authorities set the slots, so nobody can promise one.
Can we change the plan once we are there?
Often, yes. Tell our team on the ground. Extra hotel nights and transfers depend on availability and can cost more.
