Book your flights with the airline or agent you trust. Send us the flight times and we arrange:

Families fly from Heathrow, Manchester, Birmingham and other UK airports. Some routes to Jeddah are direct and others stop on the way. A direct flight is easier with children and elderly parents. Check whether your flight lands in Jeddah or Madinah, because that decides which city you start in.

We are a ground partner based in Pakistan. Our services are not ATOL or ABTA protected. If you book flights with a UK airline or agent, any protection is between you and them.

That is why we suggest UK families book their own flights. We arrange everything else.

Visa rules depend on your passport, and in a family with British and Pakistani passports, people may need different visas. Tell us which passport each person holds and we explain the options before you book.

Most UK families travel in the school holidays: October half term, Christmas, February half term and the summer. In 2027 Ramadan is expected to begin around 08/02/2027, so the February half term is likely to fall in Ramadan. See December Umrah 2026 and Ramadan Umrah 2027.

Easter 2027 is on 28/03/2027. Saudi Arabia stops entries on Umrah visas some weeks before Hajj each year, and for 2027 that may be before Easter. Ask us to check the official dates before you plan an Easter Umrah.

   Confirm and pay

   When you are happy, you confirm and pay a deposit by bank transfer. Our bank details are on the booking documents we send you. The balance is due before you travel.

   Our team is in Makkah and Madinah while you are. If a room or a transfer is not right, message us and we deal with it.
